Cramer-Krasselt announced the promotion of Stephani Estes to senior vice president, executive director of media, effective immediately. Estes will oversee media strategy and activation, programmatic trading, paid search and paid social, media operations and staff across C-K’s three offices in Chicago, New York and Milwaukee.
In her previous role as senior vice president, director of media strategy, Estes modernized the media planning and development process and has been instrumental in establishing C-K’s tech stack.
Under her leadership, C-K built and launched the agency’s DesCK™ Programmatic Media Buying Platform that has increased efficiency and effectiveness of client campaigns by 24 percent. She’s also helped develop a robust media operations team that provides greater rigor and technical execution for C-K’s clients. The agency currently manages more than $300 million in media and has a staff of nearly 100 media professionals.

Estes joined C-K in 2015 as vice president, director of digital strategy. Prior to C-K, she was at Compass Point Media in Minneapolis where she led media strategy and planning for several brands including Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota, Wellmark, Pandora, J.R. Watkins and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. She also spent time at Bernstein-Rein Advertising, where she led media strategy for Hostess and was integral to the award-winning “Sweetest Comeback” campaign. She began her media career with Starcom working on Bank of America, Hallmark, and Disney Parks.
