As she says in the film “I’m going to tell people who doubted me that they were wrong. Soccer has taught me to never give up on anything.” Nayeli’s story is part Nike’s Sport Changes everything initiative and can be seen on YouTube and Instagram.

Daysha Del Valle talks of the challenges young Latino soccer players face as she explains the different experiences she sees on her club team versus her high school team. On the club team all the equipment and training are provided. While at her predominantly Latino school, she shares her shin guards and even her socks with her team mates. She believes “I don’t think it’s crazy for everybody to have the same type of opportunities. I won’t stop playing until we do. Her story can be found on YouTube and Instagram.
